It all depends on the depth of wear and the ovality of the tyre. Our team works on site 24 hours a day by shifts. In normal cases it takes 5-8 days for a whole tyre resurfacing. We have sevaral equipments to resurface tyres and rollers together or two tyres together.

Yes we have special tools for also grinding the mill tyres on site. We configure the equipment for tyre resurfacing by changing the oil several times and put some tools to clean the surface during our service.
We have special measurement devices to measure the diameter and local changes on tyre. We measure the tyre before we start and after our analysis, we continue our resurfacing works. We take measurement at all steps of our work and present a final report after our service.
